职位描述 我们是一家休闲类游戏公司，正在搭建安全团队，负责公司整体安全体系建设。岗位将覆盖AI安全、办公桌面安全、数据安全、游戏业务安全、攻防演练等方向，既要协助部门管理整体目标推进，也要负责安全项目的过程管控和后续运营落地。 如果你既擅长项目推进，也能做跨团队协同，并愿意参与从0到1搭建安全管理与运营体系，这个岗位会比较适合你。 岗位职责 1. 负责安全团队OKR及重点事项的跟踪与推进，协助拆解目标、制定里程碑、跟进阶段进展，推动部门整体目标达成。 2. 负责安全相关项目的全生命周期管理，包括自建项目及外采项目，覆盖需求梳理、排期制定、资源协调、风险预警、过程跟进、验收复盘等环节，保障项目按计划落地。 3. 负责安全产品、安全机制和安全流程在公司内部的推广运营，包括宣贯培训、使用引导、反馈收集、效果跟踪和持续优化，提升安全能力落地效果。 4. 协助搭建安全团队日常管理机制，包括项目管理流程、需求流转机制、周月报机制、复盘机制、跨团队协同机制等，推动形成规范化、可复制的管理体系。 5. 建立并维护安全团队核心运营和项目管理指标，定期输出进展分析、风险分析和复盘报告，推动问题闭环及持续优化。 6. 对接研发、运维、客户端、服务端、数据、AI、HR、行政、法务等相关团队，推动安全需求和治理动作在业务侧落地，提升协同效率。 任职要求 1. 985院校本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、软件工程、项目管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2. 具备5年以上项目管理、流程运营、产品运营、安全运营、研发项目管理或相关工作经验。 3. 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够独立推进计划制定、节点管理、风险识别、资源协调、复盘总结等关键环节。 4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和推动力，能够在复杂协作环境中推进事项落地，拿到结果。 5. 具备较强的体系化思维和文档输出能力，能够梳理流程、制定SOP、沉淀机制，并推动执行。 6. 具备数据分析能力，能够通过数据追踪项目进展、识别问题并推动优化。 7. 对信息安全有基本理解，能够快速学习并适配AI安全、办公桌面安全、数据安全、游戏业务安全、攻防等方向。 8. 能适应团队初建阶段节奏快、变化多、跨团队协同复杂的工作环境，具备较强责任心和抗压能力。 加分项 1. 有游戏行业背景，熟悉休闲游戏、小游戏或游戏研发协作模式。 2. 有安全背景，参与过数据安全、终端安全、业务安全、风控、攻防演练或AI安全相关项目。 3. 有安全产品落地运营、安全制度宣贯、供应商管理、外采项目推进经验。 4. 熟悉飞书项目、Jira、多维表格等项目协同工具。 职位亮点 1. 参与公司安全团队从0到1建设，成长空间大。 2. 岗位覆盖安全管理、项目推进、产品运营多个方向，职责广、视野完整。 3. 能深度参与游戏公司整体安全体系建设，对公司长期能力建设有直接影响。
