岗位职责 1. 飞书项目落地实施：负责飞书项目在各项目组的推进、实施与优化落地，结合业务场景梳理流程、字段、协作机制和使用规范，推动核心项目组统一使用飞书项目 2. 工具推广与使用运营：负责项目管理工具的推广、培训、答疑与使用运营，跟进实施过程中的阻力与问题，持续优化工具使用方式，提升协作效率、信息透明度和过程可追踪性 3. 数据体系建设：搭建项目管理数据体系，统一关键指标口径与数据标准，推动项目管理数据的采集、分析与可视化 4. AI应用研究与落地：关注 AI 在项目管理场景中的应用机会，推动 AI 能力在实际工作中的落地，形成可复用的方法和案例 5. 项目管理标准化建设：参与事业处项目管理流程、规范与模板建设，推动项目管理在工具、流程、数据层面的标准化与可复制

任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，3年以上项目管理相关经验 - 有 飞书项目、TAPD等工具实施、推广或优化经验 - 有较强的流程梳理、跨团队沟通和推动落地能力 - 具备一定数据分析能力，能梳理指标口径、设计看板、发现问题 - 对 AI 工具有兴趣，愿意持续研究并推动实际应用落地

加分项 - 有飞书项目大规模落地经验 - 有研发效能 / 测试效能 / 缺陷质量相关数据体系建设经验 - 有AI在项目管理场景的实战应用，且能量化提效结果 - C9/QS前50院校优先
