The posting

岗位职责 1. 网络基础架构与演进：定义跨云、跨机房、跨容器的网络模型：地址规划、租户/项目隔离、VPC 与子网、路由与互通、故障域与多活路径。输出可落地的架构标准与存量迁移评估（单 VPC / 多 VPC / 多账号），新项目按新标准落地。 2. 控制面设计与落地：设计声明式连通策略与下发通道：安全组、ACL、白名单、容器 NetworkPolicy、东西向互访，绑定责任人、事由、有效期与自动回收。对上以 API / 意图模型服务 CMDB、工单、发布与扩缩容；与平台工程协同把控制面做成可自助、可审计的产品，本岗对模型正确性、下发一致性和回滚负责。 3. SDN / NFV 与数据面实现：具备从控制面到数据面的端到端实现能力：Overlay / Underlay、vSwitch、网关、负载均衡、NAT、加密与加速等路径的选型、实现与调优。能自己读、改、验证转发路径，而不是只画拓扑、只调厂商设备。 4. 南北向入口与联动：统一负载均衡、证书、DNS/CDN 与业务入口的绑定关系；推动证书自动续期、推送、验证与失败回滚。游戏长连接、UDP、高并发接入场景下的容量、超时与故障切换方案由本岗主导。 5. 性能、可观测与故障定界：建立网络侧延迟、丢包、流表、连接跟踪、CPU/NUMA 与队列水位的观测；主导疑难网络故障从应用到内核/网卡的定界。数据面变更必须可灰度、可回滚、可证明。 7. 安全管控入口（网络侧）：把「能通」变成有生命周期的策略，而不是无限追加白名单。与安全运营分工：本岗提供模型、下发与数据面执行，安全侧提供策略意图与高危处置。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上，计算机、网络、电子等相关专业； 2. 年以上网络 / 云网络 / SDN 经验，其中至少 3 年作为架构负责人或核心实现者交付过生产系统。 3. 精通云网络：至少两家主流公有云（阿里云 / 腾讯云 / AWS 等）的 VPC、路由、安全组、NACL、Peering / Transit、专线 / VPN、PrivateLink、SLB/NLB/ALB、EIP 与流量镜像；能讲清各云实现差异，以及如何抽象成统一模型。 4. 精通控制面：熟悉 SDN 控制面架构（集中式 / 分布式）、意图下发、配置一致性、幂等与对账；了解 OVN / OpenFlow / OVSDB、Kubernetes CNI 与 NetworkPolicy、或等价自研控制面；能设计策略生命周期（创建、变更、到期回收、审计）。 5. 精通 SDN / NFV：Overlay（VXLAN / Geneve 等）、虚拟交换、网关与服务链；理解控制面与数据面分离后的一致性、扩展性和故障模式。 6. 具备很强的数据面实现能力（硬性）：有生产级转发、隔离或负载均衡相关代码或深度调优经历。至少满足下列之一，且能讲到实现细节： - Linux 网络栈、netfilter / nftables、conntrack、tc、bonding、XDP 挂钩点 - OVS / VPP / 自研 vSwitch 或网关 - 网卡多队列、RSS/RPS、NUMA、中断与转发性能调优 7. 精通 C / C++ 或 Go 中至少一门，能独立完成数据面或控制面核心模块；熟悉 Linux 内核网络子系统到能读源码、能定位。 8. 熟悉容器网络（CNI、Calico / Cilium / 自研）与云上弹性网卡、ENI 多网卡、IPv6 的衔接。 9. 能把架构写成标准并推动落地：地址与命名、策略模型、观测指标、容量模型；能用丢包率、策略无主数量、开通时长、入口收敛度证明结果。

加分项（优先） 1. 有 DPDK 开发或深度调优经验：用户态协议栈、轮询转发、内存池与 mbuf、NUMA 亲和、与内核/网卡的分工。 2. 有 eBPF / XDP 开发经验：XDP 丢包/转发、tc-bpf、sockmap、Cilium 类数据面，能说明 verifier 限制、CO-RE、观测与安全场景的取舍。 3. 有自研云网络、游戏加速、四/七层负载均衡、DDoS 清洗或 NFV 网关的量产经验。 4. 有大规模（万级实例 / 十万级策略 / 多地域）网络治理或迁移经验。 5. 有硬件卸载（SmartNIC / 网卡 offload）或可编程交换机（P4）实践。 6. 有对外技术输出：论文、内核/开源贡献、架构分享。
