岗位职责： 1. 与负责人协作，共同制定完善的项目计划并实施 2. 指导策划团队，把控产品质量，并确保成员的工作效率和状态 3. 参与项目组内外沟通协作，协调其他职能，共同推进项目进度，确保产品按计划完成上线和迭代 4. 负责产品调研、测评，理解功能设计目的，把控产品设计方向 5. 负责产品设计、分析、调优，及时跟踪产品上线数据，通过挖掘用户需求优化提升产品用户体验 6. 负责追踪市场竞品，时刻保持赛道敏感度，并对竞品进行整理和分析

任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上Slot游戏策划经验，有策划团队管理经验者优先 2. 熟悉国内外Slot品类市场，主导至少一款Slot品类的系统、玩法、数值设计，且线上运营数据良好 3. 熟悉Slot品类各模块的设计，对系统、玩法主题、数值有自己独特的见解，并能以此为产品表现带来提升 4. 对策划各个模块都有接触，具有强大的学习能力和意愿，能快速适应新的游戏风格和工作流程 5. 有良好的沟通能力、表达能力、理解能力及问题分析能力，积极主动解决项目及沟通上的问题 6. 热爱游戏行业，对做出高品质游戏保持极高的热情和决心
