我们目前在研一款中东Domino游戏（可以理解为过去的QQ游戏大厅，作为平台里面有不同游戏合集，包括Domino，Ludo，国际象棋等），目前是埃及游戏免费榜Top3，今年目标实现更大程度的盈利。 身为项目组的策划，你会在项目中拥有较高的自主权和决定权。我们鼓励自己提出和把控策划案方向而非单纯执行，也鼓励自行分析项目数据提出优化想法。我们希望在这里，你能快速接触和全面学习策划的过程和结果把控，并不断通过反馈正向积累数据经验，与大家共同成长！

岗位职责： 1. 对现有 slot 数值模型（RTP、波动、奖励结构等）进行评估与验证，提供多种数值设计思路与参考方案，降低单一模型风险 2. 总结并输出 slot 数值设计的方法论与分析框架，为项目提供长期可用的数值设计思路 3. 基于当前核心用户行为，挖掘 slot 付费潜力，通过数值与结构调整，提升付费效率与用户生命周期价值 4. 风险与平衡控制，评估数值调整对整体经济与玩家体验的影响，控制风险

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，大厂或一线游戏公司经验优先； 2. 3年及以上 slot 数值策划经验，商业化向优先，有成功的 slot 商业化或付费优化经验者优先； 3. 熟悉 slot 数学模型、RTP、波动设计，具备较强的数据分析能力，能结合用户行为提出数值优化方案； 4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能清晰阐述自身想法和观点，推动跨部门高效沟通； 5. 具有敏锐的市场意识，熟悉数据分析、商业化策略、产品优化、竞品分析等； 6. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力，擅于分析总结、提炼出问题。
