岗位职责 1.负责欧美新项目从上线前到上线后的整体运营统筹工作，通过协调各部门，保证游戏在线上顺畅运营； 2.理解Social Slots游戏，把握Social Slots核心及走向，合理向研发提出产品优化改进意见； 3.了解用户，理解用户，站在用户的角度制定欧美新项目整体运营计划并贯彻实施； 4.根据欧美新项目实际运营情况，定时优化运营策略，为游戏聚集更多的人气； 5.优化产品宣传，与渠道配合推广； 6.配合发行、商务、渠道其他各项需求。 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.有Social Slots欧美头部竞品运营相关工作经验者优先； 3.具有2年以上Social Slots运营经验；1年以上Social Slots主运营经验； 4.有较强的分析规划能力和开拓创新意识，灵活的应变能力； 5.有良好的团队合作精神,良好的沟通协调能力，能承受较大压力； 6.有较强的数据分析与逻辑分析能力； 7.工作积极主动，有强烈的工作愿望与责任心，有包容不同意见的工作态度； 8.精通excel、ppt，会使用SQL语句进行数据拉取； 9.熟练常用的数据分析平台，如dataeye、talkdata、flurry。
