岗位职责 你要对Slot产品业务结果负责,搭建可持续的产品增长引擎：形成“玩法迭代 + 商业化体系 + 活动节奏 + 数据驱动”的长期循环

核心工作： 1、业务战略&规划：制定概率类游戏业务策略与产品路线图，输出市场/竞品分析与机会判断，明确阶段目标与打法. 2、玩法创新&数值体系：主导核心玩法与系统设计（关卡/主题、Meta、任务、活动、掉落与经济系统等），构建可调优的数值框架. 3、商业化规划：设计并迭代商业化体系（商品结构、礼包/订阅/通行证、广告变现、付费场景），提升转化与LTV并保障经济健康. 4、团队管理&跨部门协作：管理/培养团队成员，跨部门协作保障资源与目标达成，处理线上风险与突发问题.

任职要求 1、5年以上概率类游戏产品经验，主导过 1款及以上成功上线 产品；熟悉海外市场与发行/投放协作优先 2、能独立主导：玩法设计、数值与经济体系搭建，并能围绕留存与LTV持续迭代 3、具备项目管理能力：能做规划、拆解、排期与风险管理，推动跨团队按期交付 4、数据能力强：能做 留存/付费/LTV/ROI 分析并制定可落地优化方案 5、结果导向、抗压、沟通与资源整合能力强
