职位要求： - 接收并拆解策划需求，明确spine动作应用场景、动态风格、特殊机制、性能限制等信息；保证游戏流畅运行； - 在指导下理解项目风格玩法与动作需求，产出符合要求的spine设计，完成量化工作；参与验收反馈， - 辅助spine团队共同完成项目怪物 & 角色皮肤&界面动效等相关动画设计制作； - 具有团队协作精神，擅长沟通，主动补位，对待工作认真负责 - 简历附带作品集

任职要求: - 本科及以上学历； - 3年及以上spine动作工作经验 - 熟练掌握游戏动画制作软件spine、PS等 、Unity为加分项 - 备出色的手绘技巧，能够使用各种绘画工具进行绘制。 - 了解动画原理和技巧，如动作、时间曲线、关键帧等 - 懂得捕捉角色性格特征，动态设计，有很强的节奏感； - 具备AI在实际工作中的应用经验和能力，对AI工具与新技术抱有热情，乐于探索；
