岗位职责： 1. 根据需求能够独立制作完成游戏角色、场景、UI、广告素材等动画工作内容； 2. 配合动画组长进行高效的量产工作，且保证上线资源无疏忽； 3. 参与对产品相关的资源优化，提高产品性能，增强用户体验； 4. 分析竞品动画表现与资源控制并学习其长处后转为己用;

任职要求: 1. 学历不限，具有动态审美感，精通动作原理，了解运动规律，熟悉Spine及AE，对3D动画制作有一定了解； 2. 1-5年游戏spine动画相关经验，擅长国风及欧卡风格表现； 3. 具有团队协作精神，擅长沟通，主动补位；
