我们是专业的游戏开发团队，先后研发了多款捕鱼、三消以及RPG项目，项目业绩稳定，同时也一直在寻找新的方向，提高团队在新赛道的战斗力。我们追求简单，高效的工作方式，“享受工作，热爱生活”是我们的团队口号。我们关注每个人的成长与进步，能力越大，舞台也就越大，我们期待你的加入，与我们共同谱写游戏的乐章。 岗位职责 1. 负责游戏渲染管线及美术效果优化，提升角色、场景和特效的整体视觉表现； 2. 编写和维护材质球、Shader及后处理效果，确保性能与质量平衡； 3. 负责了解美术各环节开发中的需求和问题，提供足够的技术支持，包括性能优化，开发工具等； 4. 与程序、美术、特效团队紧密配合，提出可行的技术方案，解决美术和程序间的技术问题，优化美术生产流程； 5. 跟踪游戏效果质量，参与测试与性能调优，确保上线表现稳定 ； 6. 推动AI、美术自动化工具在生产中的应用，提升产出效率。

任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，有较好的美术专业能力； 2. 5年以上游戏行业经验，熟悉游戏美术各类资源开发的流程和规范； 3. 精通3D美术内容制作工具（包括：3DMax、Maya等）优先； 4. 精通Unity3D引擎，熟悉其他引擎（如：UnrealEngine、CryEngine等）优先； 5. 熟悉至少一种脚本或编程语言，如：C#、MaxScript、C++、UnrealScript、Mel等； 6. 具备一定美术创意能力，能为美术效果提出改进方案有较强的沟通协作能力，能与程序、美术、特效团队有效对接 7. 具有较强的自主能动力和抗压能力。
