岗位职责： 1. 负责Unity游戏客户端框架和引擎的功能扩展和优化； 2. 通过Unity Profiler，PIX， pc系统分析工具，分析游戏卡顿，低帧率问题； 3. 针对Cpu，GC，资源加载等性能问题，给出优化解决方案； 4. 完善和细化性能目标，以及性能统计和自动化检测工具； 5. 支持游戏动画，UI，TimeLine逻辑开发所需的基础功能或插件扩展； 6. 负责项目技术文档的更新、整理、维护和分享。

任职要求: 1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，985/211或海外留学经验优先； 2. 五年以上游戏开发经验，3年及以上Unity3D项目开发经验，熟悉Unity3D引擎架构设计，深度参与过中大型项目者优先； 3. 有Unity3D项目优化经验，熟悉 PC 性能分析工具。 4. 熟悉游戏引擎内存，资源，动画，UI这些子系统实现原理。 5. 熟练掌握C#，熟悉常用的设计模式、数据结构和算法； 6. 清晰的逻辑思维，善于沟通，责任心和抗压能力强； 7. 较强的工作规划和执行能力，具备单独解决技术难点的能力；
