岗位职责: 1. 负责小说阅读C端产品相关的 App / H5 / Web 等多端界面设计，包含首页、书库、阅读器及各类活动页，推动设计方案的高质量落地。 2. 在现有设计体系下进行页面布局、图标、组件等的设计与细节打磨，保证产品视觉风格与体验的一致性。 3. 专注阅读场景的体验优化，通过对字体、排版、间距与色彩的精细化设计，提升长时间阅读的舒适度与沉浸感。 4. 协同产品与运营，完成活动专题、Banner、图标等运营视觉设计，并跟进上线效果与还原度，实现数据与体验的双重优化。 5. 在资深设计师指导下参与产品设计规范与组件库的维护迭代，为产品持续升级提供可靠的设计支持。

--- 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、数字媒体、美术设计、人机交互等相关专业优先；0–2 年互联网产品 UI 经验，优秀应届生可考虑。 2. 熟练掌握 Figma / Sketch / XD 等至少一种主流界面设计工具，并具备 Photoshop、Illustrator 等图形软件的基础能力。 3. 具备良好的视觉设计能力，对版式设计和色彩有敏锐把控能力，对阅读类产品的排版、信息层级有基本理解与实践经验。 4. 具备基础的交互设计思维，能在设计中考虑信息结构、操作路径与组件状态，保证界面“好看且好用”。 5. 责任心强，工作细致认真，有良好的沟通协作能力和团队意识，能高效高质量的完成设计任务。 6. 请务必提供个人作品集（链接或 PDF），需包含 1–2 个较完整的移动端界面设计项目，充分展示你的视觉风格、界面细节以及项目思考过程。
