我们正在研发一款面向中东市场的 Domino 游戏平台。产品包含 Domino、Ludo、国际象棋等多款游戏，目前已进入埃及游戏榜 Top 3。 我们希望你不仅具备扎实的原画能力，也能熟练使用 AI 工具，并将其真正融入创意与生产流程。你将参与活动主题、角色、场景及宣传类美术内容的设计，从概念探索一路跟进至最终落地，让完整创意在产品中得到高质量呈现。

岗位职责 1、负责棋牌游戏，整体 系统UI 视觉体系建设，包括游戏大厅、核心玩法界面、活动、商业化模块、VIP以及大R定制，打造符合目标市场用户习惯的高品质游戏体验。 2、参与产品前期规划，交互图梳理，从玩法逻辑、用户路径、商业化目标等角度参与系统设计，制定 UI 解决方案并推动设计方案高质量落地。 3、搭建棋牌游戏 UI 组件库、设计规范及制作流程，提升团队协作效率，保证多版本、多活动场景下视觉统一性。 4、结合 AI 设计工具优化 UI 生产流程，提高界面探索、素材生成、方案迭代效率，推动团队设计能力升级。 5、研究海外市场优秀棋牌、产品案例，结合用户反馈、运营数据及市场趋势，对 UI 体验、视觉表现和商业化设计持续优化。 6、与策划、UI、动画及研发团队紧密协作，及时解决落地过程中的视觉与技术问题，保证最终呈现效果。

任职要求 1、美术、设计、动画等相关专业，本科或专业美院背景优先。 2、具备扎实的 UI 设计能力，熟悉界面布局、信息层级、视觉引导、色彩搭配、图标设计及交互状态设计，能够独立完成游戏系统 UI 方案设计。 3、具备棋牌、休闲游戏等相关 UI 设计经验，熟悉大厅、游戏房间、活动页面、商城、VIP、任务、排行榜、奖励弹窗等常见游戏系统模块，有完整上线项目经验者优先。 4、具备较强的商业化 UI 设计意识，理解游戏付费体系、活动运营逻辑及用户体验需求，能够通过视觉设计提升活动吸引力、用户参与度及商业转化效果。 5、熟练使用 Photoshop、Figma 等主流设计软件，熟悉 UI 资源制作流程；能够结合 AI 绘画及 AI 辅助设计工具进行创意探索、风格验证、素材生成和效率优化，并沉淀可复用的方法流程。 6、热爱游戏行业，持续关注产品、竞品和用户体验，对作品品质有较高要求。

加分项 1、有中东市场、Casino、Domino、Ludo 或棋牌类游戏美术经验。 2、有活动主题整包设计经验，能够统筹场景、角色、道具及宣传素材的统一视觉表达。 3、有成熟的 AI 工作流实践，能展示从创意探索、工作流选择到精修落地的完整案例。 4、有动画、3D 或跨职能美术协作经验。
