岗位职责： 1. 使用 Unity，C# 开发 iOS，Android 跨平台游戏，编写稳定，高效，安全的代码和脚本。 2. 微信小游戏的转换环境搭建与性能优化。 3. 在IOS原生代码环境接入SDK。 4. 对接策划与服务器，完成接口设计，实现游戏玩法；确保功能完整，稳定，性能消耗合理。 5. 对所负责的功能进行跟踪推进，促使任务闭环。 任职要求： 1. 热爱游戏，对游戏开发抱有热情，注重功能游戏体验。 2. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，985 或 211 院校毕业者优先。 3. 熟练使用 C#，对设计原则与 OOP 有正确的见解，掌握常见的数据结构和算法，注重代码的稳定性和可读性。 4. 熟练使用 Unity，掌握 Unity 开发最佳实践策略，涵盖资源，动效，UI，物理使用等方面。 5. 有微信小游戏的实际项目开发和上线经验。 6. 有苹果商店的上线经验。 7. 熟练使用 Git，Svn 等版本管理工具，熟练使用 Cursor，Codex，Claude 等 vibe Coding 工具。 8. 思维严谨，逻辑清晰，有求知欲和责任心，具备良好的沟通能力。
