Assistente de Licitação

Estamos com uma oportunidade de Assistente de Licitação para trabalhar junto ao time de licitações.

Assistente de Licitação será responsável pela captação e análise de Editais com o objetivo de viabilizar a participação em pregões eletrônicos.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

• Realizar a prospecção e análise detalhada de editais de licitação (pregões eletrônicos e presenciais, convites, tomadas de preço, concorrências).

• Preparar toda a documentação necessária para a participação em processos licitatórios, garantindo a conformidade com as exigências dos editais.

• Acompanhar e participar ativamente de pregões eletrônicos, utilizando plataformas governamentais e privadas.

• Elaborar propostas comerciais e técnicas, em conjunto com as áreas de vendas e técnica, assegurando a competitividade e a adequação aos requisitos.

• Manter-se atualizado sobre a legislação de licitações (e outras pertinentes) , e as especificidades do mercado .

• Interagir com órgãos públicos e privados para esclarecimento de dúvidas e acompanhamento dos processos.

• Organizar e manter arquivos de documentos e informações referentes aos processos licitatórios.

• Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e resultados das licitações.

• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos internos de licitação.

• Manter atualizadas as planilhas de pregões, processos e andamento dos processos

• Fazer o lançamento e evolução de todos os processos no sistema do CRM.

• Manter os órgãos informados sobre os prazos de entrega

• Acompanhar o faturamento

• Acompanhar o recebimento de mercadoria pelo cliente

• Acompanhar o recebimento financeiro

• Auxiliar nas cotações e orçamentos para compras

Requisitos e Qualificações

• Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Direito, Administração, ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência prévia na área de licitações

• Familiaridade com plataformas de pregão eletrônico (Comprasnet, Licitações-e, etc.).

• Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excelente capacidade de análise e interpretação de editais.

• Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

• Boa comunicação interpessoal e escrita.

• Habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos.
