Missão do cargo

Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento dos processos licitatórios e das contratações públicas, garantindo a organização das informações, o controle de prazos, a conferência documental e o acompanhamento dos pedidos e das entregas.

Contribuir para a eficiência operacional da área, oferecendo suporte ao Analista de Licitação na preparação dos processos e na integração entre os setores envolvidos, favorecendo o cumprimento dos requisitos e prazos estabelecidos.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar oportunidades e prazos de processos licitatórios, organizando editais, documentos e informações necessárias à participação nas licitações.
  • Realizar pesquisas de produtos, especificações, disponibilidade e cotações com fornecedores, apoiando o levantamento de custos e a composição de propostas.
  • Organizar e conferir a documentação necessária aos processos, apoiar a preparação de propostas e manter os controles internos atualizados.
  • Realizar o cadastro de pedidos no ERP (Omie), acompanhar sua execução e monitorar pendências e prazos.
  • Apoiar o agendamento e o acompanhamento de entregas junto às áreas internas, fornecedores, transportadoras e clientes, sinalizando possíveis atrasos.
  • Organizar documentos, certificados, comprovantes e demais registros relacionados às entregas e às obrigações contratuais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo; desejável ensino superior cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel e ferramentas do Pacote Office.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, organização de documentos e acompanhamento de processos.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com fornecedores e diferentes áreas da empresa.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Perfil proativo, analítico e com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com processos licitatórios e análise de editais.
  • Vivência com cotações, pedidos de compra e acompanhamento de entregas.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, especialmente Omie;
  • Familiaridade com portais de licitação e documentação relacionada a contratos públicos.
