Estamos Contratando: Assistente de Licitação (Setor de Facilities)

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Realizar a triagem diária de editais em Diários Oficiais e plataformas especializadas de captação de vagas.
  • Emitir, controlar a validade e organizar certidões negativas (federais, estaduais, municipais e trabalhistas).
  • Apoiar na montagem das pastas de habilitação da empresa (juntada de atestados técnicos, balanços e certidões).
  • Auxiliar na inserção de propostas comerciais e planilhas de custos dentro dos portais eletrônicos (Compras.gov.br, Licitações-E, etc.).
  • Atualizar e monitorar os cadastros da empresa em órgãos públicos (como o SICAF e plataformas estaduais).
  • Controlar a agenda de prazos do departamento para garantir o cumprimento de cronogramas.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior em andamento (Administração, Direito, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Pública ou áreas correlatas).
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, suporte comercial ou faturamento.
  • Familiaridade básica com portais de compras públicas ou noções da Lei de Licitações será considerada um diferencial.
  • Excel e Word em nível intermediário (boa capacidade de digitação e formatação).
  • Perfil com alto senso de organização, atenção concentrada a detalhes e respeito a prazos rigorosos.
