Recherche von Creator:innen / Influencer:innen: Du unterstützt beim Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Buchungen und Vereinbarungen. Dabei lernst du, worauf es bei Vergütung, Leistungsumfang, Nutzungsrechten und Exklusivität ankommt. Verhandlungen und finale Abstimmungen begleitest du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg.

Vertragsverhandlungen: Du erstellst erste Verträge und Vereinbarungen mit den Creator:innen / Influencer:innen, einschließlich Konditionen, Vergütung, Leistungskennzahlen und Exklusivitätsklauseln.

Beziehungsmanagement: Du pflegst eine enge Beziehung zu den Creator:innen / Influencer:innen (und deren Managements), um sicherzustellen, dass ihre Bedürfnisse verstanden werden und sie motiviert sind, hochwertigen und authentischen Content zu erstellen. Des Weiteren baust du stetig dein Netzwerk aus, damit wir auf einen großen Pool zurückgreifen können.

Kommunikation: Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Creator:innen / Influencer:innen, den Kund:innen und den Kreativteams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Interessen und Erwartungen aller Seiten berücksichtigt werden.

Innovation/BrandNow: Du hältst dich und uns über aktuelle Trends und Beziehungen im Creator-Kosmos auf dem Laufenden und bietest proaktiv Ideen für Kooperationen oder Content-Ideen an.

DEIN JOB

  • Mitarbeit an der BOOM Creator-Marketing-Strategie gemeinsam mit dem Creator- und Strategie-Team
  • Recherche passender Creator / Influencer über Tools, ähnliche Profile und relevante Inhalte
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Auswertung relevanter KPIs gemeinsam mit dem BOOM Performance-Bereich
  • Pflege und Ausbau unseres Creator:innen- / Influencer und CRM
  • Unterstützung bei Anfragen, Buchungen, Briefings, Kampagnenbetreuung und Reportings
  • Erste eigene Teilprojekte und Kooperationen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung von Content und der Dokumentation von Nutzungsrechten und Buy-outs
  • Kontakt- und Netzwerkpflege
