Bereit, deine theoretischen HR-Kenntnisse in die Praxis umzusetzen und von Tag eins an echte Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Bei uns gestaltest du als vollwertiges Teammitglied die Personalarbeit für Tausende von Mitarbeitenden aktiv mit und legst so das Fundament für deine berufliche Zukunft.

  • Während deines Praktikums begleitest du den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, vom Eintritt neuer Kolleg:innen über die laufende Betreuung bis zum Austritt, und lernst dabei alle Facetten der modernen Personalarbeit kennen.
  • Im administrativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du unsere HR-Generalist:innen und entwickelst dich zur wichtigen Schnittstelle für Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende.
  • Spannende HR-Fragestellungen bearbeitest du eigenständig und übersetzt dein universitäres Wissen in handfeste, praxisnahe Lösungen.
  • Du gestaltest HR-Prozesse aktiv mit, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und treibst eigene kleinere Projekte voran, um unsere Prozesse durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Nicht zuletzt erhältst du Einblicke in gesetzliche, tarifliche (Metall- und Elektroindustrie) und betriebliche Regelungen und lernst deren Anwendung in der täglichen Arbeit kennen.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel); erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP sind ein starkes Plus
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du zeichnest dich durch eine gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, bringst Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung, sowie Eigeninitiative mit und begegnest neuen Herausforderungen mit Neugier sowie Flexibilität
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Begeisterung: für HR-Themen und Freude an der lösungsorientierten Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Schnittstellen
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Dauer: 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)
