Stellenbeschreibung

  • Im Rahmen deines Praktikums übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche operative Disposition von Eigenfertigungskomponenten, Fertigerzeugnissen und Zukaufteilen unserer Motorkomponenten für unser Werk in Feuerbach und trägst damit direkt zur Sicherstellung unserer Lieferfähigkeit bei.
  • In der internationalen Kommunikation agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Produktionsstandorten im internationalen Fertigungsverbund sowie zu unserer internen und externen Kundschaft und zu Lieferunternehmen weltweit. Dabei pflegst und entwickelst du diese wichtigen Beziehungen.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Querschnittsbereichen wie Fertigung, physischer Logistik, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung analysierst und optimierst du bestehende interne Logistikprozesse.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv bei der Digitalisierung unserer Logistikprozesse mit, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und führst detaillierte Auswertungen durch. Deine Ergebnisse bilden die Grundlage für datengestützte Entscheidungen und die Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Nicht zuletzt begleitest du den logistischen Teil der Wertstromplanung nach den Lean-Konzepten des Bosch Production System (BPS). Dabei bist du die Anlaufstelle für die verschiedenen Schnittstellen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
  • Erfahrung und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook; idealerweise erste praktische Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, deine Aufgaben eigenständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert anzugehen und dabei Engagement sowie Kommunikationsstärke einzubringen
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch

Beginn: ab Februar 2027

Dauer: 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO)
