  1. Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
  2. Coordinate and allocate workers to their assigned tasks and work locations.
  3. Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work performance.
  4. Ensure all work complies with workplace safety regulations, site requirements, and company policies.
  5. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
  6. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  7. Report daily work progress, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.
  8. Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  9. Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and operational problems promptly.
  10. Maintain proper site records, attendance records, and daily work reports.
