The program is for 3 years, with most early careers completing two 18-month rotations, designed to provide breadth of experience and build technical depth.Part of a three-year Graduate Development Program, starting with an assignment in Pore Pressure, Fracture Gradient (PPFG) & Geomechanics. The graduate will develop technical capability in PPFG and geomechanics and learn how these are applied to safe and efficient well planning and execution.
Early careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge, and application in the business world. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and, through our 'Elevate' training programme, provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness, helping you to grow both personally and professionally.
