The posting

We are exploring future commercial growth opportunities in Ghana and would like to connect with experienced sales professionals interested in being considered for potential opportunities in the future.

We are particularly interested in speaking with Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers who have experience within the mining, mineral processing, industrial, engineering, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related sectors.

Successful professionals in these environments typically have experience developing and executing account growth strategies, managing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and delivering sustainable sales growth across complex industrial markets. Experience working with technical products, industrial solutions, capital equipment, aftermarket services, or engineered solutions will be highly regarded.

We are seeking professionals with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven ability to partner with customers to deliver long-term value. Experience managing key accounts, developing sales pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar systems is advantageous.
