Votre rôle

En tant que Mécanicien(ne) d'entretien C, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la fiabilité et la performance des équipements de production de notre usine. Vous contribuerez directement au maintien d'opérations sécuritaires et efficaces en assurant l'inspection, l'entretien et la réparation des équipements mécaniques.

Vos responsabilités

Sous la supervision du contremaître et en collaboration avec l'équipe One Bradken, vous serez appelé(e) à :

  • Inspecter les équipements et identifier les défectuosités mécaniques.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes liés à l'usure, aux bris ou au mauvais alignement des composantes.
  • Démonter, réparer, remplacer, assembler et réinstaller divers équipements mécaniques.
  • Effectuer l'installation, l'ajustement, l'alignement et le calibrage d'équipements industriels.
  • Réaliser des travaux de soudage, de coupage et de fabrication simples lorsque requis.
  • Utiliser différents outils, appareils de mesure et machines-outils de maintenance.
  • Participer aux activités d'entretien préventif et correctif visant à assurer la fiabilité des équipements.
  • Travailler de façon sécuritaire en atelier, dans l'usine, à l'extérieur ou en hauteur selon les besoins opérationnels.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux normes en vigueur.
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres des équipes d'entretien afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.

Profil recherché

Qualifications requises

  • DEP en mécanique industrielle de construction et d'entretien, DEC en maintenance industrielle ou formation équivalente.
  • De 1 à 3 années d'expérience pertinente en milieu industriel ou manufacturier.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, dessins et croquis mécaniques.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes mécaniques.

Exigences et conditions d'embauche

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel incluant chaleur, bruit et efforts physiques.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon les besoins opérationnels du secteur.
  • Réussite d'un examen médical préemploi incluant un dépistage de drogues et d'alcool.
  • Vérification des antécédents judiciaires requise avant l'entrée en poste.
