Шукаємо Full Stack Developer в нашу команду Mental Health.

Що на тебе чекає:

  • Місія посади: Долучитися до нашої невеликої команди розробки, повністю розібратися в архітектурі та взаємозв'язках усіх сервісів, брати активну участь у розробці та підтримці продукту (веб, мобайл, бекенд), а також впливати на технічні рішення.
  • Команда: Ти працюватимеш безпосередньо з Tech Lead-ом та ще одним Full Stack розробником. Ми цінуємо внесок кожного, тому твої ідеї реально братимуться до уваги.
  • Виклики: Наша найближча ціль — міграція всіх сервісів на нову інфраструктуру. В перспективі — запуск нових продуктів.
  • AI-driven підхід: Ми максимально інтегруємо AI у робочий процес (Claude, Codex, OpenRouter). AI навіть бере участь у code review! Це дозволяє нам бути продуктивнішими та фокусуватися на архітектурних рішеннях.

Про тебе:

  • Маєш 2+ роки комерційного досвіду розробки.
  • Впевнено володієш React, React Native, Node.js, буде плюсом - MongoDB.
  • Розумієш принципи мікросервісної архітектури.
  • Маєш досвід роботи з code review.
  • Важливо: Ти відкритий до використання AI-інструментів у роботі та готовий активно їх впроваджувати.
  • Ти відповідальний, стабільний та проактивний спеціаліст.
  • Буде плюсом: Досвід роботи в продуктових компаніях та досвід з мобільними додатками.

Про твої задачі:

  • Розробка та підтримка веб-версії продукту та мобільного додатка на React Native.
  • Робота з бекенд-сервісами (мікросервісна архітектура на Node.js + Fastify).
  • Робота з CMS та Funnel Builder.
  • Участь у двошаровому процесі code review (людина + AI).
  • Активна взаємодія з AI-інструментами для підвищення власної продуктивності.
  • Пряма комунікація із замовниками та вплив на технічні рішення.
