2. Descrição da vaga:

Nessa posição você será responsável por liderar análises estratégicas dos mercados e segmentos atendidos, identificando tendências, riscos, oportunidades e impactos para o negócio.

3. Responsabilidades

Elaborar recomendações para decisões relacionadas a contratos, renovações, políticas comerciais, tabelas de preço spot, importações do negócio;

Conduzir análises dos principais KPIs comerciais, incluindo volume, preço, margem de serviço, market share e rentabilidade;

Desenvolver estudos sobre concorrentes, produtos sucedâneos, cadeias de valor, produtos acabados e movimentações dos mercados nacional e internacional;

Liderar ou participar de projetos estratégicos, garantindo alinhamento entre necessidades comerciais, estratégia do negócio e informações de mercado;

Construir cenários e análises prospectivas, traduzindo dados complexos em recomendações objetivas para diferentes fóruns e níveis de liderança.

Preparar e apresentar materiais executivos, estudos e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão para a alta liderança da companhia (VP, CEO e CA)

Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando o desenvolvimento de profissionais mais juniores, garantindo a qualidade e consistência das análises e provocando melhorias em processos, indicadores, relatórios, dashboards e ferramentas de inteligência de mercado.

4. Requisitos para a vaga (conhecimentos específicos, formação)

Experiência consistente em marketing estratégico, inteligência de mercado, estratégia comercial, pricing, planejamento ou áreas correlatas.

Capacidade de estruturar análises complexas e transformá-las em recomendações claras e aplicáveis.

Visão estratégica e domínio de indicadores comerciais, financeiros e de mercado.

Capacidade de influência e condução de discussões com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.

Comunicação clara, autonomia, organização, proatividade e bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint e conhecimento de Power BI ou ferramentas similares.

Inglês compatível com o acompanhamento de informações do mercado internacional.

DIFERENCIAIS:

Conhecimento do mercado petroquímico, de resinas ou de cadeias industriais relacionadas.

Experiência com precificação, rentabilidade, contratos ou políticas comerciais.

Conhecimentos em estatística, modelagem de dados ou Python.

Experiência em liderança de projetos multidisciplinares ou atuação como referência técnica.

Conhecimento de ferramentas de automação, SharePoint e gestão de bases de dados.
