Job Description

  • Receber, avaliar e dar o aceite quanto a qualidade de abertura de novas solicitações, realizando o entendimento com o emissor caso necessário alinhado com as premissas da parada.
  • Atualizar, monitorar e acompanhar os indicadores estratégicos de gestão de paradas, realizando análises críticas dos desvios e buscando as devidas soluções.
  • Realizar verificações in loco para identificar as necessidades das solicitações (recursos de apoio, interferências, Riscos da execução da tarefa e etc) com foco em obter um detalhamento com a melhor produtividade na fase de execução.
  • Realizar acompanhamento das atividades de paradas, a fim de ter o melhor resultado de aderência da estratégia definida no planejamento.
  • Monitorar o ciclo de fornecimento de materiais, acompanhando a necessidades, realizando follow up junto aos técnicos de materiais, quanto as previsões de entrega.
  • Emitir as ordens de manutenção, contendo todas as informações necessárias para uma execução adequada e de boa qualidade (exemplo: Recursos, Tempos de duração, Materiais, Ferramentas necessárias, documentações adicionais como GM, desenhos, procedimentos e etc).
  • Elaborar, validar e emitir a programação com, com base em critérios pré-definidos de riscos e prioridades, considerando a melhor distribuição e utilização dos recursos alinhado com as premissas da parada.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar cronograma sempre com foco do prazo adequado – Uso da ferramenta PRIMAVERA.
  • Conduzir reuniões de planejamento de paradas de manutenção, junto com as áreas solicitantes (operação, inspeção segurança e etc).
  • Ser o responsável pela metodologia de gestão de paradas TFEL com foco nas etapas de planejamento (congelamento de escopo, detalhamento acompanhamento de curva de avanço e de custos.
  • Apoiar na elaboração e revisão do Plano Plurianual de Paradas e o Orçamento Macro Anual de Paradas.
  • Avaliar a Produtividade do pessoal de execução, tanto dos Integrantes como dos Parceiros (índice de utilização) em Paradas;
  • Conduzir a Sistemática de Melhoria Contínua de Revisões de Paradas, conforme o registro das Lições Aprendidas, e gerenciar a implantação das ações corretivas identificadas;
  • Efetuar verificações periódicas do cumprimento dos Padrões Corporativos para Gestão de Paradas;
  • Emitir o relatório final de Paradas.
  • Apoiar pontualmente eventuais demandas de manutenção de rotina quando necessário.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Tempo de experiência: acima de 3 anos
  • Curso técnico completo em disciplina relacionada (mecânica, instrumentação, elétrica, automação Edificações)
  • Certificação CFT ativa (conselho federal técnico)
  • Sólida experiência em trabalhar em unidades industriais petroquímica, na área de planejamento, programação de manutenção e ou paradas
  • Experiência prévia em planejamento de grandes paradas de manutenção utilizando metodologias especificas de gerenciamento, preferencialmente metodologia FEL ou TFEL
  • Profundo conhecimento na utilização da ferramenta Primavera
  • Conhecimento nos módulos PM e MM do sistema SAP
  • Conhecimento multidisciplinar (caldeiraria, complementar, instrumentação, mecânica e etc)
