Nessa posição você será responsável pela gestão de uma carteira de clientes b2b no pós-venda, desde a colocação do pedido no sistema até o acompanhamento do embarque e entrega do produto no cliente. será um agente para resolução das travas operacionais dos pedidos, atuará em conjunto com a área comercial no relacionamento com os clientes e contato com diversas áreas como crédito, planejamento, logística e financeiro. buscará oportunidades de melhorias na carteira e trabalhará de forma preventiva para não gerar custos adicionais. participará de projetos que trarão ganhos financeiros ou nos processos e que possa desenvolvê-lo como integrante.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender os clientes da Braskem, compreender a sua necessidade e fornecer informações sobre status das suas solicitações;
  • Recebimento dos pedidos de compras dos clientes, input no sistema para criação dos pedidos (ordens de vendas) e acompanhamento dos pedidos automatizados;
  • Realizar a gestão da carteira diariamente atuando nas travas do processo, como produto, crédito e preço;
  • Atuar junto às áreas de interface como comercial, logística, crédito e planejamento visando o atendimento dos clientes;
  • Trabalhar na construção de relacionamento com os clientes visando maior interface e excelência no atendimento;
  • Registrar reclamações de clientes e direcionar aos responsáveis para apuração das causas e geração de indicadores, quando identificados desvios;
  • Participar de projetos com o foco em redução de custos ou otimização de processos dentro da carteira de atendimento.
  • Requisitos para a vaga (conhecimentos específicos, formação)
  • Graduado ou cursando Engenharia, Administração, Psicologia e/ou outros;
  • Pacote office (intermediário);
  • Desejável conhecimento em rotinas de Customer Service ou Logística;
  • Desejável conhecimento no sistema SAP;
  • Diferencial conhecimento em PBI;
