Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Central Function R&D, area Materials Engineering & Labs, per un periodo di 6 mesi che, affiancando il tutor di riferimento, sarà formata rispetto alle seguenti attività:

- Gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione relativa a fornitori, consulenti e società esterne; - Monitoraggio delle pratiche amministrative necessarie per l'accesso e l'operatività presso i laboratori aziendali; - Supporto alla gestione dei portali aziendali dedicati ai fornitori e alla raccolta documentale; - Supporto ai processi di approvvigionamento mediante inserimento e monitoraggio delle richieste di acquisto, verifica dello stato degli ordini e gestione delle registrazioni amministrative correlate alla ricezione di beni e servizi; - Predisposizione e aggiornamento di reportistica, archiviazione documentale, monitoraggio delle scadenze e supporto alle attività organizzative dell'area.

Minimum Requirements: - Laureando/a o neolaureato/a in materie umanistiche o scientifiche; - Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
