The posting

The Senior Technology Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Wolters Kluwer’s fixed asset management solution. This role balances customer needs, business objectives, and technology opportunities while advancing Fixed Assets as a connected component of firm workflows and advisory outcomes.

What You Will Own

  • Define and align the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Fixed Assets, articulating its direct customer value and interconnected value across the tax and accounting ecosystem.
  • Develop a deep understanding of fixed asset workflows, buyers, users, reporting requirements, and accounting firm operations; validate problems and translate evidence into measurable product outcomes.
  • Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, emerging technologies, and changing evidence that should influence product direction.
  • Own product backlogs, release plans, and roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and delivery capacity.
  • Partner with practitioners, UX, Design, Engineering, and specification-driven teams to set priorities, refine requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify delivery constraints, develop mitigations, escalate when necessary, and align teams around priorities, tradeoffs, risks, commitments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and monitor product performance indicators, using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve the product, guide investment decisions, and support launch, adoption, and retention.
  • Drive connected Fixed Assets workflows and data across the CCH ecosystem, applying AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow capabilities where supported by customer evidence and measurable value.
  • Champion scalability, usability, performance, and operational efficiency throughout discovery, development, and ongoing optimization.

Capabilities Required for Success

  • Strategic product leadership: Builds evidence-supported strategies around validated customer and market problems and translates them into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Systems leadership: Identifies cross-functional constraints, resolves bottlenecks, and drives shared accountability without relying solely on authority.
  • Communication and influence: Communicates strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Commercial orientation: Connects product decisions to customer value, adoption, retention, differentiation, and business performance.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning: Builds domain depth, tests assumptions, and adapts as evidence changes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software product management or equivalent industry experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or comparable tools.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reporting processes, with experience in fixed asset management, depreciation, tax, or accounting software.
  • Experience with Jobs to Be Done or a comparable customer-discovery approach.
  • Understanding of AI and generative AI concepts with the ability to leverage AI across discovery, experimentation, planning, and execution activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
