Estamos buscando uma pessoa com boa comunicação, organização e vontade de aprender para atuar no atendimento aos clientes em uma de nossas lojas Toninho Pneus.

Você será responsável pelo primeiro atendimento aos clientes, apoio à equipe de vendas, acompanhamento dos serviços e atividades administrativas da loja, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva e para os resultados da unidade.

  • Salário fixo de R$ 2.100 a R$ 2.400, conforme experiência + Remuneração variável de acordo com a campanha comercial e atingimento dos indicadores;

🎯 Seu desafio:

  • Realizar o primeiro atendimento aos clientes que chegam à loja, identificando suas necessidades e direcionando-os ao consultor técnico;
  • Apoiar a equipe de vendas na elaboração de orçamentos e abertura de ordens de serviço;
  • Acompanhar os clientes durante sua permanência na loja, contribuindo para uma experiência de atendimento positiva;
  • Acompanhar pendências de aprovações, serviços e ordens de serviço;
  • Realizar contatos de retorno e pós-venda;
  • Atualizar cadastros e informações dos clientes no sistema;
  • Apoiar o controle de agenda, garantias, devoluções e documentos da loja;
  • Auxiliar na organização da loja e nos processos administrativos;
  • Apoiar inventários e demais atividades da rotina da unidade.

  • Curso técnico ou profissionalizante em mecânica, administração, vendas ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência anterior em lojas, auto centers ou varejo.

📍 Local e Jornada de trabalho:

Atuação presencial em uma das unidades Toninho Pneus na região de Campinas.

Horário de funcionamento da loja: Segunda à Sexta-feira das 8h00 às 18h00 / Sábado das 8h00 às 12h00
