Estamos buscando uma pessoa com perfil de liderança, organização e foco em resultados para atuar como Encarregado(a) de Loja na Toninho Pneus.

Você será responsável por apoiar a gestão da unidade, acompanhando a equipe, a operação da oficina, a qualidade dos serviços e a experiência dos clientes, contribuindo diretamente para os resultados da loja.

💰 O que oferecemos:

  • Salário fixo de R$ 3.200 a R$ 4.500, conforme experiência + Remuneração variável de acordo com a campanha comercial e atingimento dos indicadores;

🎯 Seu desafio:

  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe operacional da loja;
  • Acompanhar a execução e a qualidade dos serviços realizados na oficina;
  • Garantir a organização, segurança e bom funcionamento da unidade;
  • Acompanhar metas e indicadores operacionais e comerciais;
  • Garantir um atendimento de qualidade e a satisfação dos clientes;
  • Apoiar a gestão dos resultados e a rotina da loja;
  • Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e patrimônio da empresa;
  • Atuar em conjunto com o Supervisor de Loja na melhoria dos processos e resultados.

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes, preferencialmente em lojas, oficinas, varejo ou operações;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de orientar e desenvolver pessoas;
  • Organização, agilidade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Perfil colaborativo, responsável e orientado para resultados;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e indicadores;
  • Inteligência emocional para lidar com clientes e equipes.

  • Experiência no segmento automotivo;
  • Conhecimento de pneus, peças ou serviços automotivos;
  • Experiência anterior como encarregado, líder ou supervisor de equipe;
  • Experiência com gestão de oficina ou operação de loja.

📍 Local e Jornada de Trabalho

Atuação presencial em uma das unidades Toninho Pneus na região de Campinas.

Horário de funcionamento da loja: Segunda à Sexta-feira das 8h00 às 18h00 e Sábado das 8h00 às 12h00.
