Estamos buscando um(a) profissional com perfil comercial, boa comunicação, energia para vendas e foco em resultados para atuar no time de Vendas Internas da Brudovan.

Você será responsável pelo atendimento e desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes por telefone e WhatsApp, apresentando nosso portfólio de motopeças, pneus, lubrificantes e acessórios para motos, identificando oportunidades e apoiando os clientes na reposição de seus estoques.

🎯 Seu desafio:

  • Atender e desenvolver a carteira de clientes por telefone e WhatsApp;
  • Realizar vendas ativas de motopeças, pneus, lubrificantes e acessórios para motos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de vendas e apoiar os clientes na tomada de decisão para reposição de seus estoques;
  • Apresentar todo o portfólio de produtos, destacando lançamentos, novos fabricantes, promoções e oportunidades comerciais;
  • Fomentar a venda dos produtos estratégicos e de maior interesse comercial para a empresa;
  • Construir e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais junto aos clientes;
  • Registrar e acompanhar os contatos, oportunidades e atividades comerciais no sistema CRM;
  • Atuar com foco no cumprimento das metas e indicadores comerciais.

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Habilidade de persuasão;
  • Facilidade para construir relacionamentos e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio;

  • Organização para acompanhar clientes, oportunidades e atividades no CRM;
  • Foco em metas e resultados;
  • Gostar de motociclismo e/ou ter familiaridade com o segmento.

📍 Jornada de trabalho:

Segunda a quinta-feira: 8h00 às 18h00 e Sexta-feira das 8h00 as 17h00 com 1h de almoço

Último sábado do mês: Plantão de Vendas das 8h às 12h
