🚀 Il ruolo

Il team Finance è alla ricerca di un/una Accounting Intern per la sede di Milano. Durante lo stage, avrai l'opportunità di affiancare il team Finance nelle attività amministrative e contabili, acquisendo competenze pratiche nella gestione dei processi contabili e nella predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per garantire una corretta gestione amministrativa della società.

🛠️ Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Supportare il team Finance nelle attività di contabilità generale, ciclo attivo e ciclo passivo.
  • Collaborare alla registrazione e al controllo delle fatture attive e passive.
  • Supportare le attività di riconciliazione contabile e bancaria.
  • Contribuire alla raccolta e all'organizzazione della documentazione amministrativa e contabile.
  • Supportare la predisposizione di report periodici e file di monitoraggio attraverso l'utilizzo di Excel.
  • Collaborare alle attività di chiusura contabile periodica, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.
  • Supportare il team nelle attività amministrative quotidiane e nel miglioramento dei processi interni.

🧩 Cosa ti servirà in questo ruolo

Requisiti essenziali

  • Laurea o percorso di studi in Economia, Amministrazione, Finanza o discipline affini, oppure iscrizione a un percorso formativo coerente con le attività dello stage.
  • Interesse per il mondo della contabilità e dell'amministrazione.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e buone capacità organizzative.
  • Approccio analitico e attitudine al problem solving.
  • Proattività, curiosità e voglia di imparare.
  • Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Passione per il mondo automotive

🤝 Il team

Entrerai nel team Finance, con riporto all'Head of Finance. Collaborerai quotidianamente con il team Finance e con gli altri team aziendali, supportando la gestione delle attività amministrative e contabili e contribuendo al corretto svolgimento dei processi interni attraverso un confronto costante con le diverse funzioni aziendali.

🎁 Cosa Offriamo

· Contratto: stage curriculare/extracurriculare 40 ore settimanali

· Rimborso mensile: 600€ per curriculare, 800€ per extracurriculare

· Benefit: ticket restaurant 7€ per ogni giorno lavorato almeno 6 ore

· Sede ed eventuale possibilità di lavoro remoto: La nostra sede si trova a Milano, in via Leningrado 8. Il ruolo prevede una presenza in ufficio di 4 giorni a settimana

· Data di inizio: Novembre 2026
