🚀 Il ruolo

Come Head of Logistics, farai parte del Leadership team di brumbrum e guiderai la squadra che ogni giorno si occupa di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei flussi di veicoli, dei trasporti e dei processi documentali.

Guiderai lo sviluppo del modello logistico di brumbrum costruendo processi scalabili, coordinando i partner esterni e lavorando a stretto contatto con tutte le funzioni aziendali.

🛠️ Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Definire e implementare la strategia logistica di brumbrum, in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita e con le esigenze del business
  • Governare i flussi logistici in ingresso e in uscita, assicurando la corretta pianificazione dei trasporti delle auto acquistate e vendute
  • Coordinare il rapporto con i partner logistici e i trasportatori, monitorandone qualità, puntualità, livelli di servizio e costi, gestendo in prima persona la relazione commerciale
  • Supervisionare i processi relativi alla documentazione delle vetture, assicurando completezza, accuratezza e rispetto delle tempistiche necessarie per il passaggio di proprietà e la consegna
  • Guidare, organizzare e sviluppare il team, favorendo chiarezza nelle responsabilità, collaborazione, autonomia e crescita professionale
  • Promuovere iniziative di continuous improvement, introducendo processi, strumenti e modalità operative semplici, scalabili e data-driven

🧩 Cosa ti servirà in questo ruolo

Requisiti essenziali

  • Hai una Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia aziendale, Supply Chain o discipline affine
  • Conosci in modo approfondito il settore della logistica e dei trasporti: conosci le sue peculiarità, sai anticipare i problemi e porre in atto misure correttive
  • Hai esperienza nella gestione di 3PL
  • Possiedi ottime capacità analitiche, sei in grado di analizzare dati e prendere decisioni sulla base di essi
  • Hai esperienza nella gestione di team di medie dimensioni, sai porti come un punto di riferimento e favorire lo sviluppo delle singole persone
  • Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore)

Costituiscono un plus

  • Conosci e hai applicato in precedenza la metodologia Lean
  • Hai esperienza nel settore automotive, nella gestione di flotte o logistica di veicoli
  • Hai già lavorato in contesti internazionali e caratterizzati da forte crescita e innovazione

🤝 Il team

Entrerai nel Leadership team di brumbrum, con riporto all'Head of Country. Collaborerai quotidianamente con tutte le funzioni aziendali, in particolare con acquisti, produzione e vendite e avrai modo di lavorare al nostro ambizioso progetto di crescita.

🎁 Cosa Offriamo

· Contratto: a tempo indeterminato

· Inquadramento: Quadro del CCNL Metalmeccanico ANPIT

· Retribuzione annua lorda: fino a 60.000€

· Benefit: bonus annuale variabile pari al 10% della RAL; buoni pasto da 7€ al giorno

· Sede ed eventuale possibilità di lavoro remoto: sede di Reggio Emilia, questa posizione non prevede la possibilità di lavorare da remoto
