O escritório atende mais de 30 (trinta) Bancos e Seguradoras, além de Empresas, em todos os Estados do país, nas mais diversas áreas de suas necessidades.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O Advogado na área de Recuperação de Crédito atua no suporte às demandas jurídicas relacionadas à recuperação de dívidas. O profissional colaborará com a equipe, prestando assistência nas análises e construções de estratégias legais, visando a recuperação eficiente de valores devidos. Seu papel é fundamental para garantir a satisfação das necessidades dos clientes, contribuindo para o crescimento e desenvolvimento do escritório.

Responsabilidades:

- Auxilia na elaboração de documentos e relatórios jurídicos, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência dos processos de recuperação de crédito.

- Realiza pesquisas jurídicas para fundamentar ações e defesas, possibilitando decisões informadas.

- Acompanha processos na esfera judicial e extrajudicial, mantendo atualização constante sobre o andamento das ações.

- Interage com clientes para entender suas necessidades e fornecer registros do progresso dos casos, garantindo a clareza nas comunicações.

- Participa em reuniões com a equipe para discutir estratégias e compartilhar informações relevantes sobre os casos em andamento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

Graduação em Direito concluída, com registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).

Conhecimento em ação de rescisão contratual com reintegração de posso, ação monitória, de cobrança e de execução.

Conhecimento sólido em legislação civil e processual civil.

Habilidade de negociação e comunicação eficaz.

Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos.

Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em Direito Civil e Direito Processual Civil, aplicável em ações de recuperação de crédito.

- Habilidade em realizar pesquisas jurídicas e elaboração de documentos.

- Boa comunicação oral e escrita, facilitando a interação com clientes e colegas.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar em um ambiente dinâmico.

- Conhecimentos em informática, essencial para o uso de ferramentas jurídicas e gerenciamento de documentos.

** Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência em escritórios de advocacia, com foco no Direito Civil ou Processual Civil, será considerado um diferencial.
