* Empresa: Fundado em 2007, Bruno Vanderlei Advogados Associados é um conceituado escritório especializado em Direito Bancário, Securitário e Empresarial, atendendo mais de 30 Bancos e Seguradoras, além de Empresas, em todo o Brasil.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O advogado redator inexperiente atuará na elaboração de documentos jurídicos, revisão de contratos e apoio à comunicação interna e externa do escritório. O profissional desempenhará um papel fundamental na produção de conteúdo legal, garantindo que todos os textos estejam em conformidade com as normas jurídicas e com a qualidade exigida pelo escritório.

* Responsabilidades:

- Redigir petições, pareceres e contratos, assegurando precisão técnica e clareza nos textos.

- Revisar documentos, verificando conformidade com a legislação e normas específicas da área jurídica.

- Colaborar com a equipe na preparação de materiais informativos e comunicados internos, contribuindo para a difusão de conhecimento dentro do escritório.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre mudanças na legislação e jurisprudência relacionadas ao Direito Bancário, Securitário e Empresarial, aplicando esses conhecimentos na produção de textos e documentos.

- Participar de reuniões e discussões com a equipe para entender as necessidades dos clientes e adaptar os documentos aos requisitos legais.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em Direito, com ênfase nas áreas Bancária, Securitária e Empresarial.

- Habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal, com capacidade para redigir textos claros e coerentes.

- Habilidade em pesquisa jurídica e interpretação de normas legais.

- Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, com orientação para resultados.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência em escritórios de advocacia, com foco no Direito Civil ou Processual Civil, será considerado um diferencial.
