* Objetivo do trabalho: O Advogado atuará para oferecer suporte jurídico nas questões relacionadas ao setor securitário e planos de saúde, auxiliando na análise e elaboração de contratos, bem como na resolução de questionamentos legais. O profissional terá um papel importante na defesa dos interesses dos clientes e na interpretação das legislações pertinentes. Este trabalho é fundamental para garantir a conformidade legal e a segurança das operações dos clientes.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Realiza análises jurídicas de contratos e documentos relacionados ao setor securitário, com o intuito de garantir a legalidade e proteção dos interesses dos clientes.
  • Elabora pareceres e relatórios jurídicos que ajudam na tomada de decisões estratégicas dentro da organização.
  • Assiste na preparação e revisão de documentos para contenciosos e processos administrativos, garantindo que todos os procedimentos estejam em conformidade com a legislação.
  • Participa de reuniões e interações com clientes e parceiros, buscando entender suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções jurídicas adequadas.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as legislações e regulamentações relevantes ao setor, promovendo a disseminação de informações relevantes à equipe e clientes.

* Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático em Direito Securitário, com familiaridade suficiente para compreender e resolver questões básicas relacionadas a seguros e contratos.
  • Competências analíticas e de comunicação que possibilitem a articulação de informações jurídicas de maneira clara e objetiva.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas do escritório e com clientes, contribuindo para o sucesso das operações.
  • Qualificações educacionais:
  • Formação em Direito, com diploma de curso superior reconhecido.
  • Experiências profissionais:
  • Experiência em atividades jurídicas relacionadas ao setor bancário ou securitário será considerada um diferencial.
