Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager / DAG Member to support U.S. Space Force acquisition activities in El Segundo, California. The Acquisition Manager / DAG Member will provide senior-level acquisition, program management, and advisory support for complex space programs, helping Government leadership integrate cost, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, requirements, and program execution considerations to support sound acquisition decisions. The position will work closely with Government organizations, contractors, and mission partners and will support senior leadership through acquisition planning, program analysis, documentation, reporting, and executive-level decision support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level acquisition and program management support for complex DoD space programs
  • Support acquisition planning, program execution, requirements development, and coordination across multiple Government organizations and mission partners
  • Support ACAT I and II acquisition activities and provide acquisition expertise to Government decision-makers
  • Analyze and integrate cost, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, and requirements information to identify program impacts and support acquisition decisions
  • Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition strategies, program documentation, reports, briefings, and executive-level decision materials
  • Monitor program execution and identify issues, risks, dependencies, and potential impacts to cost, schedule, performance, and mission objectives
  • Develop recommendations and coordinate actions to resolve complex program and acquisition issues
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and mission partners to facilitate program execution and maintain alignment with acquisition objectives
  • Support senior Government leadership through analysis, decision support, status reporting, and executive-level briefings
  • Utilize DoD acquisition, cost, requirements, and reporting systems to support program management and acquisition activities
  • Perform analysis and prepare presentations, reports, and other products using Microsoft Office Suite and other Government-required tools
  • Maintain awareness of acquisition policies, processes, requirements, and program priorities affecting assigned space programs
  • Perform other acquisition and program management duties as required to support the mission

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a related field
  • 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience supporting space programs
  • Experience supporting program management, business management, acquisition, or operations activities for complex Government programs
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the mission-critical aspects of space launch, ground, and sustainment programs
  • Experience leading, managing, and executing projects, including responding to workflow taskers and analyzing and summarizing large amounts of acquisition data
  • Knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force, and Space Force processes and procedures applicable to acquisition and program management activities
  • Proficiency with Government acquisition, cost, requirements, and reporting systems, including Cost and Requirements System (C&RS), MAR reporting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Task Management Tool (TMT)
  • Ability to independently perform assigned functional duties with minimal supervision and without additional functional training
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using appropriate DoD, Air Force, and Space Force acquisition terminology in written and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex acquisition information and brief senior Government leadership
