Sobre la posición

Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Business Manager para el negocio de Banca Persona. La función principal de la posición es dar soporte analítico y de gestión a las decisiones del negocio, aportando una visión integral que permita entender la dinámica comercial y financiera del área.

Responsabilidades

Visión general del negocio

  • Consolidar y mantener la visión integral del negocio.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los principales indicadores comerciales y financieros, interpretar su evolución y elaborar lecturas periódicas para el liderazgo.
  • El foco además de reportar los números es explicar qué está pasando y qué implica para el negocio.

Gestión del budget

  • Control y gestión del presupuesto del área: planificación, seguimiento de la ejecución, análisis de desvíos y proyecciones.

Análisis de negocio y financiero de nuevos proyectos

  • Armado de business cases, estimación de retornos, construcción de escenarios y análisis de sensibilidades, con el objetivo de dar una base concreta a las decisiones de inversión.

Interlocución con los equipos comerciales

  • Mantener un diálogo permanente con los equipos comerciales, apoyando la definición y el seguimiento de metas.
  • Control de la performance y de los resultados de cada equipo.

Perfil buscado

  • Visión de negocio o interés real en desarrollarla: una parte importante del trabajo es entender la dinámica del negocio y aportar recomendaciones, no solo procesar datos.
  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y buena comunicación con distintos niveles de la organización.
  • Autonomía, organización y foco en la ejecución.

Se valorará especialmente:

  • Buen manejo de bases de datos y herramientas de análisis: SQL y Excel avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de ClickView (plus).
