En BTG Pactual Uruguay seguimos creciendo, y Carrasco es uno de los puntos de mayor expansión comercial de nuestra banca de personas. Buscamos a alguien con ganas, actitud comercial y mucha iniciativa, que quiera construir relaciones de largo plazo y de alta confianza con clientes de alto potencial.

💼 ¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Gestionar una cartera de clientes, entender sus necesidades y objetivos financieros, y brindar asesoramiento profesional en inversiones y créditos.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

✅ Ganas, energía y una clara actitud comercial: alguien que sale a buscar las oportunidades, no que las espera

✅ Experiencia en el manejo de relaciones comerciales (personas físicas o corporativas)

✅ Conocimiento de productos y servicios bancarios y sus procesos operativos

✅ Fuerte orientación a resultados y alto nivel de proactividad

✅ Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)

✅ Manejo de herramientas digitales e IA

⭐ Se valorará especialmente: título universitario finalizado, postgrado en Finanzas o CFA, y experiencia en front/back office vinculada a productos de inversiones.
