Vos missions :

L’agence CSPS BTP de Paris 15ᵉ recherche son/sa futur(e) CSPS Niveau 1 Conception & Réalisation. Rattaché(e) à l’agence parisienne, vous intervenez sur des opérations variées et à enjeux, en assurant à la fois vos missions techniques et en contribuant activement au développement de notre activité en Île-de-France.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Coordination SPS

  • Collaborer étroitement avec la maîtrise d’ouvrage (MOA) et la maîtrise d’œuvre (MOE) afin d’intégrer les exigences de sécurité dès la phase de conception
  • Analyser les risques liés à la coactivité et formuler des recommandations adaptées
  • Coordonner les interventions des différents acteurs du chantier pour garantir la sécurité et la protection de la santé des intervenants
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour le Plan Général de Coordination SPS (PGC)
  • Constituer les dossiers réglementaires (DIUO, registre-journal, CISSCT pour les opérations de catégorie 1, etc.)
  • Vérifier la conformité administrative et réglementaire des entreprises intervenantes
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de CISSCT
  • Réaliser les inspections communes, harmoniser les PPSPS et assurer le suivi des actions correctives

Relation client & développement commercial

  • Être un interlocuteur de proximité pour vos clients, les accompagner à chaque étape de leurs projets et garantir leur satisfaction
  • Fidéliser un portefeuille clients en développant une relation de confiance durable
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires grâce à votre connaissance du tissu économique parisien (acteurs locaux, promoteurs, maîtres d’ouvrage, réseaux professionnels…)
  • Participer activement au développement commercial de l’agence (réponses aux appels d’offres, propositions techniques et financières, prospection)

Perspectives d’évolution

Selon votre expérience, votre performance et vos aspirations, ce poste offre la possibilité d’intégrer directement une fonction de Responsable de groupe d'une équipe de 3 personnes ou d'évoluer à court/ moyen terme vers cette fonction incluant :

  • Le pilotage d’une équipe de coordinateurs SPS
  • L’animation de l’activité et le développement du chiffre d’affaires
  • L’accompagnement et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en coordination SPS
  • Vous êtes titulaire de l’attestation CSPS Niveau 1 Conception & Réalisation
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et de réactivité
  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes à l’aise dans les environnements clients
  • Vous avez une appétence pour le développement commercial et une bonne connaissance du marché francilien et de ses acteurs
  • Vous souhaitez vous investir dans un projet d’agence en croissance
  • Permis B en cours de validité requis
