Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) à notre agence BTP CONSULTANTS de Lyon située à Dardilly (69), vous aurez pour missions principales de:

  • Intervenir auprès du maître d’ouvrage sur des missions en contrôle technique de construction
  • Assurer le suivi technique des projets de construction de la conception à la réception des travaux (solidité, sécurité incendie, accessibilité handicapés, acoustique, thermique)
  • Réaliser des études de projet, des analyses de plan, des vérifications sur chantier
  • Rédiger des rapports avec vos avis techniques
  • Collaborer dans l'élaboration de nouvelles offres
  • Participer à l'évolution de nos procédures en intervenant ponctuellement dans des groupes de travail et tester de nouveaux outils digitaux
  • Accompagner nos clients dans toutes les étapes de leur besoin et les fidéliser
  • Contribuer au développement commercial de l’agence

Des déplacements sont à prévoir dans le départements du Rhône.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Vous justifiez d’un diplôme d’ingénieur spécialisé en BTP/Génie Civil ou équivalent
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience au sein d'un bureau de contrôle
  • Vous avez un profil agile, réactif et rigoureux (H/F)
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel
  • Vous souhaitez contribuer au développement de notre agence

Vous avez un permis de conduire B valide
