The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Durchführen der Produktionsplanung
  • Überwachung der Kapazität und Steuerung der einzelnen Arbeitsbereiche und Maschinen
  • Kundenauftragsdisposition / Dispokontrolle
  • Feinplanung auf den notwendigen Tagestakt
  • Erkennen von Abweichungen in verschiedenen Phasen und Einleiten von Massnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition von Vorgabezeiten sowie Mitwirkung bei Make or Buy Entscheidungen
  • Verwalten und Adaptieren der Dummy-Aufträge für die Kapazitätsplanung
  • Abstimmung mit strategischer Beschaffung, PLP und Entwicklung für die Long Lead Items
  • Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen und Übersichten zu Auslastung, Produktivität, etc.
  • Abläufe im eigenen Bereich optimieren und Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, Weiterbildung im Prozessmanagement
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Metallbaubranche oder im Maschinenbau
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
  • vertieftes Wissen von ERP-Software, Excel Anwendungen und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen in regulierter Industrie wie z.B. Luftfahrt, Medizinaltechnik, Automotiv o. ä.
  • Flexibel, belastbar und teamfähig
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
