The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

Als Project Leader Engineering übernehmen Sie die technische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Engineering-Projekte und führen die beteiligten Entwicklungsingenieure fachlich. Dabei bringen Sie Ihre eigene Entwicklungserfahrung gezielt in die technische Lösungsfindung und Beurteilung ein.

  • Technische Leitung von Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Luftrettung
  • Erarbeitung und Beurteilung technischer Konzepte und konstruktiver Lösungen sowie Unterstützung der 3DEntwicklung (Creo Parametric)
  • Fachliche Führung der Entwicklungsingenieure sowie Koordination der Engineering-Aufgaben
  • Design Reviews sowie Prüfung von 3D-Modellen, Zeichnungen und Entwicklungsunterlagen
  • Planung der Engineering-Kapazitäten sowie Verantwortung für Termine und Kosten im Projekt
  • Planung und Beurteilung von Berechnungen, Analysen, Prototypen und Tests
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Entwicklungsdokumenten und Nachweisen im Rahmen der Luftfahrtzulassung sowie der Anforderungen an Medizinprodukte
  • Koordination der Zulassungsschnittstellen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Program Management, Produktion, Einkauf und Montage

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Konstrukteur EFZ) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF oder Ing. FH
  • Mehrjährige Konstruktions- und Entwicklungserfahrung; fundierte eigene Entwicklungserfahrung ist Voraussetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD, idealerweise Creo Parametric, sowie gutes Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Koordination von Entwicklungsaufgaben oder Teilprojekten ist von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen zu beurteilen, Entscheidungen herbeizuführen und Aufgaben fachlich zu führen
  • Selbstständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative; gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in Luftfahrt oder Medizintechnik ist von Vorteil; Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in ein reguliertes Entwicklungsumfeld
