Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Verantwortet die Versorgung des Unternehmens mit Dienstleistungen und Waren
  • Sicherstellen, dass interne und externe Aufträge termingerecht bereitgestellt werden
  • Beantragen von Investitionen und Personalmutationen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Beschaffungsabteilung unserer Tochterfirma in Deutschland und der Beschaffungsabteilung MIC
  • Evaluation neuer Beschaffungsmärkte, Technologien und Lieferanten
  • Aufbau und Gewährleistung von partnerschaftlichen Lieferantenbeziehungen (Preis, Qualität, Termin, Flexibilität, Problemlösung)
  • Laufende Überprüfung der Marktpreise und Ergreifen der notwendigen Massnahmen bei Abweichungen.
  • Lieferantenbeurteilung und –Entwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem QM
  • Direkte Betreuung von Key-Lieferanten
  • Grundlagen erarbeiten für Make or Buy Entscheidungen
  • Beantragung und Abschliessen von Rahmenverträgen in Absprache mit dem Leiter Herstellung und Unterhalt
  • Unterstützung und Beratung des Engineering bei neuen Projekten betreffend Lieferantenauswahl und Fertigungstechnologie
  • Sicherstellen, dass die INFOR Daten (insbesondere Einkaufspreise und Kosten bei Einkaufsteilen) laufend nachgepflegt werden
  • Budgetierung des Warenaufwandes

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in Mechanik oder Elektromontage
  • Weiterbildung zum technischen Kaufmann, Einkäufer oder Betriebsfachmann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Beschaffung oder Disposition in einem hochregulierten Umfeld
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP- Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verständnis und Freude an der Lean Philosophie
  • Vernetztes Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
