Wir suchen fachkundige Unterstützung für die WEG-Verwaltung (m/w/d).

Über die Rolle

Als WEG-Verwalter/in bist du das Fundament unseres operativen Erfolgs und das Gesicht für Buena vor Ort. Während unsere Software-Teams administrative Prozesse automatisieren, bringst du die entscheidende Fachkompetenz und menschliche Komponente ein:

Du schaffst Vertrauen bei Eigentümern, sicherst den Werterhalt der Immobilien und führst Gemeinschaften lösungsorientiert zusammen. Ab Tag eins übernimmst du die eigenständige Verantwortung für dein WEG-Portfolio. Mit deinem Fachwissen, Verhandlungsgeschick und deiner Praxisnähe machst du die digitale Transformation in der Immobilienwirtschaft erst greifbar.

Gemeinsam mit uns revolutionierst du eine Branche, deren technologische Entwicklung 20 Jahre zurückliegt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften.
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Behörden und Dienstleister.
  • Management der Eigentümerversammlungen und konsequente Umsetzung der Beschlüsse.
  • Angebotseinholung, Vergabe, Kontrolle bei Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen.
  • Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen.
  • Koordination und Überwachung externer Partner, Dienstleistungsteuerung.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Service.

Du passt gut, wenn du

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, ein relevantes Studium oder die IHK-Zertifizierung als zertifizierter Verwalter (§ 26a WEG) mitbringst.
  • Bestenfalls mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung vorweisen kannst.
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem dauerhaft hohen Qualitätsanspruch verbindest.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und ein souveränes, durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten mitbringst.
  • Begeisterung für die digitale Arbeit mitbringst und geübt im Umgang mit gängiger Immobiliensoftware sowie MS Office bist.
