Für unser Tochterunternehmen, die HV Weiher, in München, suchen wir nach einem / einer Werkstudent:in in der Buchhaltung, um unser Team zu ergänzen. Niemand sollte Profi in Vermietung, Vermarktung und Verwaltung werden müssen, um fürs Alter vorzusorgen. Eigentümer:innen suchen eine bequeme Lösung und einen vertrauenswürdigen Partner, der ihnen diese Arbeit abnimmt. Buena übernimmt die gesamte Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von Immobilien.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Du hilfst unserem Buchhaltungsteam aktiv bei der laufenden Erfassung und Verbuchung der Geschäftsvorfälle.
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten: Du lieferst wichtige Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Eigentümerabrechnungen.
  • WEG-Buchhaltung in der Praxis: Du begleitest uns bei der Aufstellung von Hausgeldabrechnungen, Wirtschaftsplänen sowie Vermögensübersichten und lernst die Besonderheiten der Immobilienbranche kennen.
  • Rechnungsmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • Datenpflege: Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Anlage und laufende Aktualisierung unserer Eigentümer- und Objektdaten.

Ihr Profil

  • Dein akademischer Hintergrund: Du bist aktuell im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt FACTS), Wirtschaftsmathematik oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Studiengang eingeschrieben.
  • Zahlenaffinität & Genauigkeit: Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und zeichnest dich durch eine sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus. In der Buchhaltung ist Detailgenauigkeit das A und O.
  • IT-Affinität: Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bist du sicher. Erste Berührungspunkte mit Buchhaltungs- oder Hausverwaltungssoftware sind ein Plus, aber absolut kein Muss.
  • Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer und suchst eine langfristige Nebentätigkeit, bei der du unseren erfahrenen Kollegen den Rücken freihalten, tatkräftig unterstützen und Schritt für Schritt wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln kannst.
  • Sprache: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die interne Kommunikation und die Dokumentenpflege runden dein Profil ab
