DEINE ROLLE

In deiner Rolle als Praktikant im Bereich Finance Operations bildest du das verlässliche Rückgrat unseres Finanzteams. Du steuerst die kompletten Abläufe der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, begleitest aktiv die Einführung frischer Systeme sowie Abläufe und agierst als maßgebliche Schnittstelle zu externen Steuerberatern. Gleichzeitig garantierst du reibungslose, strukturierte Prozesse in unseren Tochterunternehmen. An der Seite von Finance Lead und CFO erhältst du umfassende Einblicke in sämtliche Finanzstrukturen, vom einzelnen Beleg bis zur strategischen Liquiditätssteuerung.

WAS DU TUN WIRST

- Accounts Payable: Du managst unseren Eingangsrechnungs-Workflow von A bis Z – Postkorb, Invoice Chasing, Freigabeprozesse und Zahlungen ausführen. Sorgfalt und ein Auge für Details sind hier entscheidend.

- Buchungsqualität: Du stellst sicher, dass Rechnungen mit den richtigen Konten, Kostenstellen und Steuersätzen erfasst werden. Du bist die erste Instanz, bevor Buchungen zu unseren Steuerberatern gehen, und unterstützt bei buchhalterischen Rückfragen.

- Tochtergesellschaften: Du überprüfst regelmäßig die BWAs unserer Töchter, erkennst Abweichungen und Unplausibilitäten und stellst sicher, dass vorgegebene Prozesse konsequent eingehalten werden.

- Liquiditätssteuerung & Systemimplementierung: Du erlernst die Arbeit mit Agicap – unserem zentralen Werkzeug für Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Zahlungsabläufe sowie das Liquiditätsmanagement. Zudem begleitest du den Rollout in unseren Tochtergesellschaften, schulst die Teams vor Ort und gewährleistest eine hohe Datenqualität und Vollständigkeit.

- Ad-hoc & Ops-Schnittstelle: Du packst auch mal an, wenn es brennt. Sei es bei Finance-nahen Sonderprojekten oder gelegentlicher Unterstützung im Ops-Bereich.

DU PASST GUT ZU UNS, WENN

- Du Ownership liebst und nicht wartest, bis jemand anderes eine Rechnung sucht, einen Fehler korrigiert oder einen Prozess aufräumt – du siehst es, du löst es.

- Du Buchungen nicht als lästiges Pflichtprogramm siehst, sondern verstehst, warum die Kontenwahl relevant ist – für das Reporting, für die Steuer, für das große Ganze.

- Du dich in einem Tool schnell zurechtfindest, das du vorher noch nie gesehen hast. Agicap, Moss, Lucanet, Datev – wenn du eines davon kennst, lernst du die anderen schnell.

- Du in Unklarheit handlungsfähig bleibst. In einem Startup sind Prozesse oft im Aufbau. Du baust mit, anstatt auf fertige Strukturen zu warten.

- Du Qualität mit Pragmatismus verbindest. Du machst es richtig – aber du weißt auch, wann „gut genug“ besser ist als „perfekt in drei Wochen“.

- Du fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Steuerberatern und Tochtergesellschaften erfolgt auf Deutsch, während wir intern auf Englisch kommunizieren. Hard requirement.

- Du aus unserem Office in Prenzlauer Berg arbeiten willst. Das ist keine Remote-Rolle. Hard requirement.
