À propos du poste

Une entreprise québécoise spécialisée en électricité industrielle et moyenne tension est actuellement en croissance et développe son département d'automatisation. Elle recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de projet – Automatisation pour prendre en charge des projets de leur soumission jusqu'à leur mise en service.

Le poste s'adresse à un profil technologue/technicien(ne) en électricité ou ingénieur(e) en électricité, avec une expérience pertinente en automatisation et une bonne capacité à gérer des projets de façon autonome.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer les soumissions et participer à l'estimation des projets.
  • Planifier et coordonner les projets d'automatisation.
  • Assurer le suivi des coûts, échéanciers et livrables.
  • Concevoir ou coordonner la conception des plans électriques.
  • Coordonner la programmation et la mise en marche des équipements.
  • Coordonner les électriciens sur les différents projets.
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients et des équipes sur les chantiers.
  • Participer à la résolution des enjeux techniques et opérationnels.
  • Contribuer au développement des processus du département d'automatisation.

Profil recherché

  • Formation de technologue/technicien(ne) en génie électrique ou ingénieur(e) en électricité.
  • Expérience pertinente en automatisation industrielle et en gestion de projets.
  • Expérience en préparation de soumissions, un atout.
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes électriques et automatisés.
  • Maîtrise d'Allen-Bradley, obligatoire.
  • Connaissance de Schneider et Siemens, un atout.
  • Connaissance d'AutoCAD Electrical, un atout.
  • Bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans électriques.
  • Expérience dans la coordination d'électriciens ou d'équipes terrain, un atout.

Profil recherché

La personne recherchée doit être réactive, autonome et orientée vers les solutions. Le rythme de travail est dynamique et les projets peuvent évoluer rapidement. Il faut donc être à l'aise de gérer plusieurs priorités, de prendre des décisions et d'avancer rapidement.

Un profil qui possède une solide base technique en électricité et qui souhaite prendre davantage de responsabilités en gestion de projets pourrait également être considéré.

Projets et environnement de travail

  • Projets d'automatisation pouvant atteindre 500 000 $ à 800 000 $.
  • Environ 50 % au bureau et 50 % sur le terrain.
  • Déplacements principalement à Drummondville, Trois-Rivières, Longueuil, en Estrie et en Beauce.
  • Poste basé à Danville.
  • Aucun télétravail pour le moment.
  • Véhicule de compagnie disponible pour les déplacements professionnels.

Conditions

  • Salaire : jusqu'à 110 000 $, selon l'expérience.
  • 4 semaines de vacances : 2 semaines pendant les vacances de la construction et 2 semaines à Noël.
  • Véhicule de compagnie pour les déplacements sur les chantiers.
  • Deux activités d'entreprise payées annuellement.
  • Environnement de travail familial et entrepreneurial.
  • Possibilité d'évolution avec la croissance du département.
